Great calves, I dream of having a pair of those bad boys! You can already see the anatomy of your hammys, nice bro. Waist looked protruding but you probably just had a meal in you. I like watching your vids on muscular development when you went in the trenches. Every one thinks you are a sadistic, evil guy but you are one of the more down to earth guys on the national scene and have a gorgeous girl friend that followed you across the country. I hope you find your niche in the acting world, good luck with that

Tomorrow will mark 4.5 weeks out till show time. My conditioning this time around seems much higher than previous. The amount of conditioning training I am doing right now is far greater than ever I have done. And I owe a lot of that thanks to my job! LOL! Being a crazy blood thirsty psycho at the haunted house I'm working is lots of cardio work. I'm between 4 to 5 hours of running, jumping, yelling, growling, flexing and just being all around menacing. Yes, sometimes there's a 5 minute lull between groups at times (that becoming more rare as we get closer to halloween) but over all the cardiovascular activity I get at work is all and more than I need right now. I've even stopped doing any other kinds of cardio. I just wouldn't be able to do it. My body might break down from over stress! LOL!

Alas I aint no pussy. And I chug along. Keep on going. Keep on going. I've committed to things in life and I always follow through.

Chocolate flavor with a wallop of peanut butter and ice and the vanilla... sometimes I add Species Fibrolize for a berry flavored shake. Sometimes I add orange Citrucell. Sometimes I add whatever flavor crystal light I've got mixed up for variety of flavor.
