Opt Men by ON
Hey guys
I decided last month to try a new multi b/c I was using Animal Pak since last Nov.. Its a pain in the ass to take it three times a day. I'm going back to Animal pak. the worst thing is that its a huge tab for my liking.
I use to by cheap multis at the supermarket and I wanted a all around good multi with aminos and some acid in digestion.
I would give Opt-Men a 3 on a scale to 10.

FWIW SourceNaturals Life Force is solid. Probably one of the best multis I have seen. Most are crap IMO.

Actually, Opti-Men is a very good multi. I'd personally opt go for it before Animal Pack

it has extra things to help with digestion and some for joints but main it has BCAAs added to it. I use to just got the store stuff but the multi-vit is the most basic next to the whey protein

I used to be a big believer in Animal Pak but after a while, I got sick and tired of all those packs lol. When I used to work for Vitamin Shoppe, I tried every multi under the sun. I ended up taking MHP Activite Sport and stuck with that until presently. Its 2 tablets 2x per day (breakfast and lunch). I esepecially like the anti-oxidant and enzyme blend they have in it. It's pretty cheap too, suttin like 25 bucks for a month supply.
