Great to have another a quality WNBF Pro aboard. Shaun much improved this year from last. Looks like you added some mass and came in more conditioned than ever. Any specifics as to what you did differently this year?

Thankx to you all!
Sac was a great show! I would have loved to of won the Overall, but Kurt was def. in great shape. Appreciate the support!
Thanks transformator...
Thanks...I think what helped me this year is the fact that I've been dieting for 8 months now. The reason being is, I've done 3 shows so far this year, whereas last year, I only did the Worlds. So the extra dieting/prep helped me come in leaner at each show. I was also a lot more strict with my diet this year, keeping my carbs pretty low.
I attribute the mass to heavy compounds movement the entire prep.

You look great in your pics but I can't help but notice the huge lack of calf development. I'm surprised considering how well your legs look. How often do you hit calves? Have you experimented with some different rep ranges or different exercises? I would really focus on bringing that body part up to match the rest of your physique. Best of luck to you.

I dont have any comparison shots..just a few of me back stage. Some of the photos above are from that show.
Good pics...My camera didn't work at all in the venue.
Very much agree. Legs have always been a problem, both quads/calves. Since I started competing in 05, I was so worried/focused on quad development only, that I neglected the calves. I've been trying a new split, which hits them 3x a week. Each day has different movements/stances/rep ranges. So far, they've gotten a lot better, but not to where I am 100% satisifed. In my off season, they will be a main priority.
Thanks for the feedback!

Shaun just wanted to know if you will be doing the worlds, and what is your training like at this point?
