    Here are a few pics from over the weekend...

    Weight is still holding around 230lbs (in pics) Today (this morning) I was 228lbs....and getting leaner and tighter...

    Looking good already...

    If I look critically I would say that you should focus on your tricpes the next 6 weeks...that is enough time to make a change...hit them extra hard...rest of your physique looks pretty balanced and thick...

    Give it your all the next 6...good luck!

    Legs are looking great. I also like the side chest. Keep killing the cardio. U do look on track though.

    It was a stupid comment, showing his lack of knowledge on bodybuilding.

    He seems to want to chime in with nonsense on all kinds of threads, and speaks stupid to top it off.

    IMO it was a dick comment to make, and worse it makes no sense.

    I believe in thinking outside the box...nothing is unachievable...he can maintain the rest and go all balls out for his triceps...it will require some balancing to not overtrain in the precontest phase...but 6 weeks leaves still room for improvement...especially if he is cycling...

    Please grow up...I think I provide solid and sound advices from own experiences...

    It is not a dick comment...he still has time to improve it...you all can say he looks fantastic and shit...but what is that going to bring him...I rather provide a honest opinion...

    Someone definitely needs to grow up, not sure its me however.

    What THE F??? is telling someone with <6% bodyfat, 6 weeks out from their show, in a calorie deficit, that they need to hit their triceps hard going to do???

    Coming from someone who has made 30 posts about how bad his DOMS are from using 20 lb dumbbells to the point where he needs tylenol
