What the fuck are you on about...he can switch up his routine and make his triceps priority numero uno and leave his good parts for maintenance...it is about balance...he has a good physique...I said...IF I LOOK CRITICALLY...WTF...don't you understand about that...

Chris, last post spent on this troll, I promise.
You went from REALLY f'n fat, to now being f'n fat, lets not get crazy over what you did with your 20 lb dumbbells and all the Tylenol needing DOMS you created, k?
Chris is a national level bodybuilder, I don't think he needs to hear about what he should do for his Tri's from you in his final 6 weeks.
Are you going to lend him your 20's, then your Tylenol for his Tri's?

Last post from me also...because this individual seems to get a joy out of calling me a troll..which I'm not...
The details are in my log...I won't sum them all up...I went balls out training for 21 days straight...after a complete lay off of 1.5 years...trained every bodypart twice a weak till absolute failure...I had tremendous DOMS...building up...I asked about pain killers...but I didn't use them...
Who the fuck are you to discredit my person...and who is telling you that I've never set foot on a stage in my younger years...
Pick up the challenge...don't train for 1.5 years and get back into great shape in 3 months training at home because you are also running a business...
Guess what...I bet you...that you can't do that...Fucking Dwarf! Go piss on someone else...!

He can't prioritize his triceps...in his routine...that is impossible you say...I have no illusion he can make the super much more that they are now...but he can do something about...oh I forgot...according to people who don't know me I'm incompetent...thank you for the fast judgement call...
