My young trainer Brandon and I went to Nationals in Dallas to watch a friend compete,, Sean my conditioning coach a few years ago. Anyway while sitting there eating our lunch, a man came over and asked to eat with us. He looked like he could step on the stage in two weeks. We invited him and spent over an hour talking, mostly listening, about his life story. He is an amazing man with amazing success. He was the first ever 50 yr old to be offered a IFBB Pro card.
He was inspirational and motivating. After that I say him two more times at Masters Nats and same graciousness to us! He gave me his card and said to keep in touch. Great guy!
