AnglicanBeachParty's Arnold Challenge prep thread.
All the "kids" are making these journals, it seems. So, this will be the saga of my journey to Columbus on March 5 to take place in the [ame="http://forums.rxmuscle.com/showthread.php?t=20797"]Rx Arnold Challenge[/ame].
Looks like no progress photos, so you'll have to trust my verbal description of how great or lousy I look, week by week.
I'll post the updated weight chart every so often, too.
Today: 45 minutes of cardio.
Mood: Hungry.

Another one for the show!!
Unless there's a bench press contest I joined and didn't know about it doesn't matter how much I bench.

I'm enjoying reading everyone's Arnold Challenge threads.
I feel a bit left out, because I seem to be the only one not confident he will win!
I finally took the time to "synch up" my previous contest prep guidelines with the time line for the Arnold Challenge, and I find that I am not doing enough cardio.
I will start to fix that today!

I'm starting to feel pretty good about this.
I know the scale is untrustworthy ... but so far, I've lost 8 pounds in 25 days, for 2.24 pounds per week.
This is overachieving, I think.
Depending on how my next photo set comes out, I'm going to schedule a big cheat day soon.

I am only down 6 in 21 days..but 5 were in the first 2 weeks.
My usual stall happened sooner than usual!

Last night I had my first cheat meal in about a week.
Today, I am hungrier than I can remember being in a long time.
I wonder if there's a connection there?
Anyhow, I'm off to do 45 minutes of cardio.
Tomorrow: Legs. I'm looking forward to that.
I will probably take some progress pictures Friday night and post them in here.
