Week 1-On back thickness day I start of with 4-5 sets of Heavy deadlifts...then 4 sets of heavy barbell rowing With overhand grip...then 3 sets of one arm dumbell rows.....Finish....Week 2 - On back thickness day..start with same 4 sets of dead lift....then 4 sets of T-Bar rows...then 4 sets of barbell rows underhand grip.....
My cable workout is followed immediately next day of the thicknes workout...On cables day I start with wide grip pulldowns 5 sets...Underhand close grip pulldowns 3 sets....then seated cable rows 3 sets...then stiff leg dead lifts with not so much heavy weight 3 sets...That is my only back workout...Try it and just see the results coming in....of course I assume nutrition is taken care off first

I am amazed how a small change in your wokout can define good results...like most of my workout life I did overhand barbell rows for the back, it is just few months I started doing underhand grip and it made tremoundous changes....Dorian Yates gives credit to underhand grip for his back thickness....

I've starting doing deads twice a week if possible, for reps on legs day and for singles before I train back.
They have done wonders for keeping my right kneecap in the right track as I had dislocated it last year, now it causes me fewer problems.

Deads I do on back day, been going a little "less heavy" in the past 2 weeks to make it a more back based pull movement vs legs and glutes press movement. I know you can argue that either way but you get my drift.
I really try and pull from my lats and squeeze the piss out of my lats, traps and rhomboids at the standing position. Makes all the differences in the world for me at least. My whole back from tailbone to neck is sore the next day vs my hammies and low back when I go for max weight in the 2-4 rep range.UNBA Mens Physique, USAPL 93kg,
