Barbell Rows
New personal best for me here. I know my form got a little sloppy but it was my 5th set I decided to do on a whim. 275x8 Barbell Rows.

Great start, but IMO you should really try to lose that rocking motion as much as possible. I can see it getting sloppy on the last couple reps, but if all your sets look like that(I dunno if they do) I would lighten things up a little and really work on the squeeze and focusing on where you really want to focus with that movement.

Well.. when I do BENT over rows, I go close to 90 degress with the floor...
so to me those didn't even look like bent over rows?

Good stuff, but I would agree with what everyone else has said. Try to cut back on the body swing, and I would try to work on getting closer to being parallel with the floor

It looked like the bar was dragging along your legs throughout the entire movement.

I agree with the other posters, you are standing pretty upright on those. Nothing wrong with going balls out everyone once in a while, but that would be hitting almost all upper back/traps which is a stronger muscle than the lats hence the reason for being able to use more weight. Might be a good trap builder but I cant see how that would be stimulating the lats very much.

I do keep the bar close to my legs. I was swinging too much. My 4 previous sets were with 225, much less swinging and bent over more. I actually felt this set really well in my lats. Most people don't agree with the angle but I do what feels best. Appreciate the responses.

Second exercise is bb rows with 225 form is better. Still straighter than most would do it though.

I actually don't bend over a whole lot myself.

I have on very important piece of advice for your deadlifts
Do not bend your arm in the lifts, you should keep your arms straight at all times. When you pull with your arms in a DL your risk tearing your bicep, I cringed while I was watching that.

Thanks for the advice. I will have to watch for that, never noticed it. Defiantly never felt anything in my bicep, haha probably don't until you tear it.

I didn't mean to scare you out of doing deadlifts by posting the videos, I just wanted to show you what can happen.
The second one is really a hard one to watch, it's a good thing I already did my deadlifts for the weekHigh Rep is for pussies- SisterSteel

I've seen those over at IM before, not fun to watch at all. It was that second vid that made me get back to a full over hand grip on my deads some time back. Dante pointed that out and it made a ton of sense. Of course you won't lift as much, but it beats seeing your bicep roll up like that lol.
