I do 4 sets seated curls and 2 sets lying leg curls. Thats it. High reps, exquisite form, squeeeeeeze and control.

I train hams before quads (in the same workout) every 5 or 6 days.
I seem to recover from it just fine. I rotate thru 3 different leg workouts, kind of like DC style.www.ShelbyStarnes.com

Sorry for my ignorance everyone. But Shelby can you describe what are Glute Ham Raise? I know Kai Greene does a unique exercise by kneeling in front of a leg girl machine and facing the opposite direction and kick/raise the up.

LMAO you're the man. I agree I think sometimes we swung too far the one way because of "overtraining." I didn't make progress until I started busting my fucking ass and totally "overtraining"!!!
And if you can't....you're out of fucking shape. Work on increasing your work capacity if it sucks that badly.
