    no need to put words in my mouth stud, i never claimed to do anything out of the ordinary for quads or hams....you on the other hand claimed that your leg workouts are so long and brutal that you have to split them up which i find funny.

    I train hams before quads (in the same workout) every 5 or 6 days.
    I seem to recover from it just fine. I rotate thru 3 different leg workouts, kind of like DC style.

    Not long and brutal, xerox. Just hard and heavy. I never claimed more than I did either, dude. I just do splits. That's where I see the most growth, so that's what I do. I'm not comprimising form for ego.

    Sorry for my ignorance everyone. But Shelby can you describe what are Glute Ham Raise? I know Kai Greene does a unique exercise by kneeling in front of a leg girl machine and facing the opposite direction and kick/raise the up.
