How much do you guys stretch??
I just watched the 'David Henry - Extreme Measures' DVD and he was doing some serious stretching.
I 'NEVER EVER' stretch!!
I am 35 now so maybe I should think about it, does anybody else give a shit about stretching??

Stretching post workout like Dave does is helpful in aiding recovery sometimes. I only stretch if I feel tight though, and I never stretch before a workout, it has been shown to reduce strength

I do the DC stretches and when I'm cruising I tend to do 40 minutes of stretching after my cardio. I find that maintaining overall flexibility reduces my injury rate a bit as long as I don't mix the the heavy lifting with the long stretching sessions. If I mix lots of pnf stretching with heavy lifting I almost always tweak something.

I stretch at least twenty minutes a day. (Although that is done in bed after hitting the snooze-bar).

"AUTOBOTS TRANSFORM AND ROLL OUT"
"IT'S TIME TO STOMP SOME DECEPTICONS"
"THIS IS OPTIMUS PRIME, DO YOU READ ME"
...these 3 phrases on repeat loud as fuck AND a 'Red Hologram' that flashes of the bedroom ceiling...I go from to in a millisecond!!

I stretch a little bit to get the tightness worked out of whatever muscle I'm working. Not much.
I'm not very flexible. I have to use my left arm to pull my right leg up when I cross my legs.

lol, thankfully (if that's the right word) i've been married for 15 years so I can get away with it. An insurance guy came in to check the window locks, saw the Transformers Clock and the 'Incredible Hulk' bedsheets and asked me why our kid had a 'kingsize' bed, LOL.
Hey, Jimmy The Bull said Jimmy Quinn has 'Skeletor' sheets and that dude's hardcore!!
