Not nearly as much as I should.
When I played high school ball, I could do a full split.
No, I'm a sophomore in college and can hardly touch my knees! lol

I stretch as needed to reach full range of motion.

Stretching is only half the equation to restore full length and function to a muscle. Every bodybuilder should invest in a foam roller and be using it every day. Not on every muscle but pick a few and give them a good rolling. Adhesions and trigger points wont be released no matter how much stretching you do.

LOL..... I trip out on all these rules for stretching. Myself I have been stretching for 20 years or so. I do my stretches on their own, they have nothing to do with the training or workouts. I stretch for an hour every morning, weekends included, as a stand alone stretching regimen, then I follow that up with an hour of breathing.
Does it work? I started slacking off sometime early last year for reasons I cant remember, then mid year I was rolling with a friend training him a fight and he went for a takedown. I sprawled and POP, there goes my hamstring. A year of stretching rehab and Im back to doing the splits again. Yup, 43 years old doing the splits. So far so good.
