If your abs are not growing. Read this...
If your abs are not growing, it means you most be making a few critical training errors.
Here I am going to explain how to get a six pack in a very fast way...
1-make your lower abs training priority number one. Start with the more challenges moves and difficult ones.
- Hanging Legs raises. Make sure your legs are straight.
- Once your lowers and are in a fatigue mode, then move on to the next exercise that helps target the obliques, uppers abs and core. This type of routine is called "extended sets" in which your move from one exercise to another using mechanical advantage which is the transition from the weakest muscles to the strongest one fallowing this exercise order.
- Resting time does not matter when it comes to abs training, you can take ass little or as much as you want but do my exceed more than 4 minutes resting time.

Because of how serious your spinal health is ( lumbar thoracic and cervical) we can’t overstate the importance of not tugging on the back of your head in an attempt to get those extra few reps. It is fine to position your hands behind your head, but when you cause hyper-flexion of the neck, problems can quickly rice. For starters, many of your favorite’s moves won’t require more than a few inches of motion so pulling on the neck is not even necessary and does very little for your progress.Last edited by M4BTEAM; 11-07-2012 at 09:40 AM. I think ones mechanics play a role in that. I know a few who don't train abs directly but still have that pop to them...
