ya i will see if i can make it up to metroflex and some other gyms.i dont live close to that area though.bout 3 hours away.thanks for everyone helping out.

go to www.ironmind.com and buy a heavy duty set of handles and some plates, you can load those fuckers to 220 pounds.

130-140 pound dumbbells aren't even an odd size.
Just buy a set of sdh-7 pro style handles and put weight on them.

I dunno how soon you need them but craigslist is good for random equipment like this. I live in Chicago, so it may be easier(usually pick-up is only way of getting good deal-shipping will kill you).

this is like what i was talkin about. my buddy has a home gym that has plates like in 25lb and even some 50lbers. we just change em as we need but one of his buddies sawed off the extra part of the handle and welded the collar on to make a 125lber to use for 1 arm rows

For a home gym standard handles are great. But if you want to take them to a commercial gym you'll most likely need Olympic handles.
