Hi blu. I'll be following along as well. I don't have much to add except to train heavy and eat. Everyone is so different. For me, I have to train heavy for my body to respond. High reps, light weights doesn't cut it for me, even now that I'm in contest prep mode.

Great to see your log here. I agree with the others with increasing the cals. Though I understand the mental barriers your going to have to push through to eat more and watch the scales go up for a change. But your on the right track already.

Hey Blu I guess I would be the outsider here and ask, why the hell you want to bulk?
I am sure you are aware that with a bulk comes added fat and then the dieting. Why not continue eating to add LBM slowly and maintain your figure?

Had 3 meals so far today - much better then normal don't have stats. I'm at work and didnt plug it into fitday yet. Tonight is Chest night - I never workout until late when the family is settled for the night.

Not sure how I got there ...just got to a point that I wasn't hungry so I wouldn't eat - or I would be busy doing everything for the family when I got home so I would think I would eat later - then later would come and I would have to work out. Don't like working out before I eat so I would drink some coffee or down a superpump and workout. It's then 10pm and who wants to eat so I have a whey shake. Then one day - I look like crap and feel think crap and my lifts are crap ...so here I am
