Thanks, Blu....I think?
On the food, remember to ditch the fat free stuff...fat is your friend right now...it will get your calories up without you having to eat a lot more volume.

that will work just fine...quality calories, same volume as a glass of water, so why not get the calories.

wish we had Whole Foods, everyone raves about it but they don't have a store here that I know of.

our area is bigger than LV, but you seem to have more stuff there...
I won't visit that store if I come out since I can't buy a bunch of stuff and bring it home...why bother going, it will just make me mad!

Mike, Farm Fresh carries almond milk in the organic section.
Blu, you're not trying to do keto on a bulk are you?
When I had to drive my cals up I just went straight up, no inching up. Force fed myself and got used to the "I'm going to barf" feeling It gradually got better over two months. And I couldn't do shakes. It was all from whole foods. So suck it up sister!

Not trying to do keto - just not fond of carbs - need to remember they are my friend.
I think you might be right - I feel so full I could easily not eat again tonight - yes I feel that I could barf if I even drink water at this point.
I will have to suck it up - 2 months is long yucky.*Live every moment __Laugh every day__and Love Beyond Words *

It's the price we pay I was eating 1000-1200 after all my food stuff hit. I had trouble figuring out what I could eat, then got used to the low cals. Upping them seemed to cause instant weight gain. Fortunately Amanda on the other site straightened me out. I jumped the cals to 1800 and used the time to bulk. It was this time of year too.
You're right, carbs are not the enemy. Oats, sweet potatoes, bananas, apples, brown rice, and dark chocolate are good foods.
