Whole foods most of the time - but sometimes Walmart carries it - I get it for my daughter because she loves special k cereal with the chocolate flakes - but almond milk has less fat and calories then reg milk and she won't drink fat free milk.

When I had to drive my cals up I just went straight up, no inching up. Force fed myself and got used to the "I'm going to barf" feeling It gradually got better over two months. And I couldn't do shakes. It was all from whole foods. So suck it up sister!

Not trying to do keto - just not fond of carbs - need to remember they are my friend.
I think you might be right - I feel so full I could easily not eat again tonight - yes I feel that I could barf if I even drink water at this point.
I will have to suck it up - 2 months is long yucky.

It's the price we pay I was eating 1000-1200 after all my food stuff hit. I had trouble figuring out what I could eat, then got used to the low cals. Upping them seemed to cause instant weight gain. Fortunately Amanda on the other site straightened me out. I jumped the cals to 1800 and used the time to bulk. It was this time of year too.

You're right, carbs are not the enemy. Oats, sweet potatoes, bananas, apples, brown rice, and dark chocolate are good foods.

Love all those carbs but the chocolate - so working them in should be easy
