I like to do it. It's not a staple, but when I get tired of the same old same old, I'll do them and it def burns the hell out of my upper pecks...but my wrists do suffer!

If you have short forearms, it hurts the wrists alot.

reverse bench is an awesome exercise. You might need to slide up the bench a little for it to feel right. Get the movement down on the smith first.

i don't even think he LOOKED twice his weight, first of all David paul was nowhere near 6'1" more like 5'10' AND and i gauantee you if they stood next to each other their UPPER BODY width and muscle thickness would be comparable, Anthony's legs were MUCH bigger from being almost a 1,000 pound squatter and obviously his stomach was much bigger.

as i said in my post THEIR UPPER BODIES were close in muscular size and strength....if you look at it their RAW bench presses were probably similar, Anthony could probably handle 600-620 RAW and David could probably get 550 on a good day, find a pic of David at his biggest when he was maybe 270 or so and i'll gaurantee you their upper body thickness is pretty comparable, where Anthony killed David on size was the legs and stomach.

look at their upper body thickness in this shot, if Anthony was the same bf% he wouldn't be any bigger in the upper body.

I saw Clark lift at a meet back around 85 or 86.Squatted about 1000 and benched a little over 600 he couldn`t deadlift much.He was stout as Hell but looked like he was about to explode if that makes any sense.
