Hi Guys...currently I am working out in a mix of HIT Dorian's style plus some compound movements. I got amazing results from heavy compound movements...recently I trained for 3 months Dorian's style and again I got amazing improvements...I do heavy deadlifts plus some stiff leg deadlifts on some other day. MY QUESTION is-- Which style do you guys train with?
I mean do you just go heavy lifting with good amount of rest between your sets or Less rest Less weight and good enough reps? Also mention the results you have got.....

Reason I asked is that I can lift heavy and sometimes letting go of some weight due to high reps doesn't makes me feel good just like you guys...so please give an honest feedback.....Thanks in advance
