4 days a week, 5 day split, so a 5 week cycle. Ive found mixing up the days of the week for each bodypart is better for me I'd get intoa rut doing legs, etc on the same day every week. M W F Sa - rest day after each workout, Sa workout is later in the day vs other workouts early in the morning.

2 on 1 off, ends up being 5 days per week. Day 1 is Shoulders/Hams, Day 2 is Back/Biceps, Day 3 is off, Day 4 is Chest/Triceps, Day 5 is Quads/Calves, Day 6 is off and repeat on Day 7 and so on. Usually 12-16 sets for small bodyparts, ie. Bi, Tri, Hams and 18-25 for larger ones, back, quads, chest (20 max) I do basic compound movements early and isolate towards the end. My iso movements are always in the 10-20 rep range. I rotate my compound movements. Week 1 I do 4-6 reps, Week 2 I do 15-20 reps, Week 3 is 8-12 and week 4 is supersets or pre-exhaust supersets (Mike Mentzer style). In the off season I will do 4-6 weeks of DC style training to boost strength before returning to volume training. I perform DC extreme stretching year round. I have gone from 185lbs to 240lbs in 2.5 years naturally. It seems to be working.

its usually set up like that. shit life gets in the way and i flip flop days if i have to. i add calves/abs in when they heal up, so usually 3 times during this cycle.
