You could pre cook the oatmeal or maybe try rice flour or something like that, I dont know how that would turn out though.

not really that i can think of, like ironwarrior said rice flour but that doesnt sound to appealing. i would try the oatmeal, mix it with your protein and put it in the freezer or your cooler and let it set for a bit and then drink. if you're not cutting then i put milk and even a raw egg to bind it together, mixes great and tastes pretty good.

As soon as I wake up I have a protein shake with 1/2 cup of oatmeal mixed in, tastes real good. I also down a banana and gatorade powder mixed w/water. A couple hours later it's egg time.

Put the oatmeal in a food processor, grind it into powder, and then mix it with the whey.

What I understand WMS is not as fast as one might hope it would be...
We have one company in Sweden making Carbosyn that compares quite well with vitargo at the third of the price.
vitargo carboloader 24 mOsmol/kg
carbosyn 37 mOsmol/kg
maltodextrin 80-110 mOsmol/kg

I know that Shocker Nut has a complex carb mix but if your doing it for post WMS is ideal. you would need a fast carbs to move proteins into yor muscles fast
