today's training did not happen at its usual 4am.. means hitting the meat market tonight... UGH..
got a massage last night, thought it would help me sleep... nope just the opposite...
chest/Back and cardio tonight.

What are you training today? Sledge needs to work up my new "bulking" plan so I'm waiting on him. Until then I'm training with Sissy again...chest and tris today....

This will be my 3rd time getting on a novice BB stage.. just local stuff but 3rd times a charm right?
Working with PJ and its still early in the game but he has been great.. came highly recommended!
Next 31 ish weeks should be interesting... lots of upcoming stuff in life... trips to Florida to cheer on a friend, trips back to Florida to house hunt.. move TO florida 2 wks after competition... got a call from college last night.. IF I bust ass in next 8 months, I could have my bachelors before I move... (didn't even embark on college till my 30's late bloomer) working full time, taking on a part time job...
dunno, maybe I'm crazier than I thought...

What turned into an I DON'T WANNA DO IT workout.. became a kick ass workout.. well for me anyhow.. even made some new friends... maybe going during meat market hours isn't such a bad thing...

there are a few in my album.. getting big girl internet today (using blackberry as modem now and uploads are forever)
I am just not ready to post pics in posing suit yet... specially when I am 20 lbs above when that suit fit me...
If I can find a willing person I will video some workouts and post to YouTube.

I really hate leg day... which is not such a good thing since its where I need the MOST work...
Squats

Leg Press
3/8 @ 270
Step Ups (knee at complete 90 degrees)
4/10 w/ 20lb in each hand took these slow to make sure I was NOT pushing off on back leg
Lying Leg Curl

Leg Extensions
1/10 @ 90 Neutral feet
1/10 @ 90 Toes In
1/10 @ 90 Toes out heels touching
1/10 @ 110 Neutral feet all negatives slow
