well I THINK I got this insomnia thing maybe pegged..... ole mother nature is due anyday now and I'd bet if I look back on other nights I couldn't sleep... I'll bet ya its around that time...which if this is true... helps in going to the DR and getting some ambien... since I'd only need it a night or two once a month...
and WTF... there is some asshole in my building that is singing karokee to some home machine... its fucking 3am people! Now since I am up anyhow, again, it wouldn't be so bad IF they could sing...
ok talk about timing, guess what commercial in on TV... ambein CR..ok time for fat burner and its off to the gym...Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it.

OK Kim, how do you get those workouts in w/ no sleep? I don't function on less than 6 hours a night.
Sorry to hear about the starving on the way home. I get that a lot...never fun. I have the worst road rage in the 5 minutes it takes to get from the gym to my house.

Yeah, that has to be the only answer. There's just no other way it's possible. I would die too. Or fall asleep on the bench, which I almost did once.
I thought I had a hard time sleeping! Sometimes it takes me an hour to get to sleep. That's nothing compared to not getting any sleep and still going to the gym then going to work!
