How many have adjusted their diets and/or training routines so they look as good as they can for the AC? How many are tanning or are going to apply pro tan for the expo? Come on, you can be honest. How many will be wearing clothing that will maximize their physique? Out with it.....

I know several woman who booth tan, then either apply Protan or Jan Tana before the show to look as good as possible.

I'm headed to the Arnold to work the booth for my sponsor IForce nutrition but rather than looking like I should be there I will be in the worst shape I've been in since taking up bodybuilding. I had hernia surgery and haven't been in the gym in 7 weeks. I would be lying if I said I am not dreading this years classic looking like I got lost at the food court.

Think of it as a public service. Fans and friends with perhaps a low self esteem will take on look at you in your "got lost at the food court" condition and they'll get an immediate boost, right?
