That's cool that the Airforce lets him have allot of time to train in the gym. I'm about to go into the Army and I hope for the same treatment hopefully. The week of processing before bootcamp starts is going to be rough enough because lack of gym time. I'm going to have to do Incline pushups and dips off my mattress and some burpees ofcourse during processing week.

My wife and I met him at the USA. He let us use his scale and we had the chance to talk with him for a while. I cannot say enough nice things about him. He is a very down to earth and polite and likes to talk. I wish him the best.

I agree with my hubby, Luis is such a great person!! I had a blast talking to him at the usa's and he looked amazing. I wish him the very best at the Nationals and hope he gets his pro card.

Sorry Luis, we will not be there this year. But you can count on us cheering you on from home...well, Lisa will cheer from home, I will cheer from work..LOL I have been to a lot of shows with Lisa and met a lot of people, and you are by far one the best we have met. Best of luck brother!! Joe
