Anyone using this or similar ?
Im interested in this .I emailed Kevin English regarding on diet for mass gaining aswell looking to get a plan going with him for when i start gaining..
Ive experimenting with drops sets super sets with my cut now and its going great round muscle bellys .I seem to get way more feel and pump high reps ..then with DC or 6-8 reps low volume. So if incorperate in off-season training mass cals or gear of course.. i think i can smash my plateau with C.A.M.P

Hey bgoo101..im kevins training partner and co-creator of the program...we are beginning to take the program to the public...it has been hugely successful with athletes, not just from bodybuilding, but MMA, football, and hockey to name a few. Kevin transformed himself in 2 years...hard work and a proven program is key.
