What happend to Trey?
So the Nats are over and i want to know WHAT HAPPENED TO Trey Brewer? Is it genetics or does is he maybe not doing back exercises correctly? From the front he is really lacking lat size and tickness and the lat spread looks like he has no side delts and traps. Maybe he needs to take some serious time off and get these things corrected. What u guys think

really seems to need to learn how to pose, give him 2-3yrs and heel be there, the chest needs to thicken up and flare his lats but hes got great potential,
cant compare him to cedrick as cedrick is insane to be at his first national level showLive Free, Train Hard

I think the quad issue is due to excessive cardio. Aerobic training and strength training elicit opposite adaptations by the muscle thus excess cardio is NOT good for leg size.
His back has always been relatively weak. When he won the Excalibur he had incredible legs and great delts which made him very impressive in most poses from the front. He was also is awesome condition.

At the Excalibur everyone said wow, look at those genetics...he's a can't miss. Now he's a can't get it right and genetics is to blame? Instead of bringing up his torso to match his legs his legs have regressed to match his torso. IMO he needs to shit can all the guru stuff and go back to what got him to the Excalibur. Prime example of what happens when guys rely on others to bring them in rather than learn their own bodies. He needs to skip next year and come back in 2011 with something drastically different. He'll still only be 26 which is very young to be knocking on the IFBB door.
