Jerky Anyone?

Does anyone make their own jerky? I recently made some of my own and it tasted like meat, so a win as far as I'm concerened.
For those who do make their own jerky, what cuts of meat do you use, marinades, drying techniques, etc. I would like to expand my knowledge in this area.

Girlymuscle will be on late at night. She makes the best jerky Ive ever had and her process is quite simple.

I would.
I love me some beefy jerky... But that shit in the store has TOO much salt.. And i hate the moist ones. Gotta be ROCK hard i think.
