I am also going to Mexico for new Years! a Mexican Riviera cruise. I am trying to keep my weight stable until then...but it is not easy. Since I did four national shows last year (Masters Nationals, USA, North American and Nationals), I was dieting from Feb to Nov! I prey I can fit into my bikinis for the beach...and that I don't look like a beached whale!

The only trouble I have with my appetite is that it's HUGE. I can pack away a lot of food. I even have to restrict myself a little bit in the offseason because I put on fat easily (regardless of the fact that I avoid junk food). I would venture to say that my calories are around 2500 now, and I still get hungry....and I mean, stomach rumbling hungry. But when that happens, I'll usually add in an extra shake since I know that growth is still the main goal right now.

I guess I just need to be patient with my calories. I notice my metabolism is finally starting to speed up a little. I want to eat more just I feel like I'm going to puke if I try.

I'm trying to decide if I want to take some off season pics. I know I've made some decent gains so far, just scared to do it.

Just an example....
meal 1 3 whole eggs, 1c egg whites, 1T mac nut oil
meal 2 50g oatmeal, 1 scoop pro powder, 1 T mac nut oil
meal 3 150g ground beef, 1/2 c rice, 1T mac nut oil
meal 4 pwo shake...2 scoops pro powder, 25g dextrose
meal 5 1/2 almonds, 150g chicken breast, 1 c broccoli
meal 6 1/2c full fat cottage cheese
I don't know what the calorie and mac nutrients are. Sledge figured it all out, I just follow it. I must be burning right through it because I'm ravenous that last hour vefore I get to eat again.
