Thanks for your help Suzanne...I'll take some pics this weekend and might keep them to myself if they are that bad. Do you suggest I eat every 2 hours, but smaller meals to get my metabolism moving? I've seen some people in the offseason have 3 huge meals and then have protein shakes in between each meal. What are you thoughts on that approach?

Wow Girlymuscle...you like mac nut oil like I do. I almost thought it was worse than the pb addiction while dieting on keto. I thought I was in heaven when I was fat loading for the show on mac nut oil.

Actually, it's not that I like it for flavor, it's that I'll binge on things like peanut butter and nuts and I have to get my fats in. Once we go grocery shopping I'll add guacamole to my diet.

I think if trying to fix metab you want more frequent meals with protein/carbs or protien/carbs/fat but in meals with carbs you don't want lots of fat cuz it slow the adsorption of the carbs to fix metab you want the carbs absorbs and burned through quickly
i can't speak to protein/fat cuz i don't do it

You know what's really funny... when I was dieting, there was nothing in the world that could halt my PB cravings. There were so many nights that I was hungry for "just 1 more tbsp"! Yet, ever since July I can hardly look at the stuff. That might be a blessing in disguise for my next prep...

Just added it up my protein even at those amts is still over 200 grams
carbs right now are 360
looks like my base plan is 2750 that just goes by amts of carbs per meal and protein so no trace protein from oats etc is counted also does not count
ff cheeses
ff sour cream
marinara sauce
ff coffee creamer
...
after jrs i started with this plan then after several weeks we upped the carbs and reduced cardio
I started with less pwo cardio this time i do 30 min 2 days on 1 day off

But Tammy, you're dancing with the big girls now (no pun intended). When you were an amateur, you had to keep your offseason weight in check and avoid putting on too much muscle to make sure you stayed a lw. Now you have the opportunity to make changes and add muscle to weaker bodyparts without having to worry how that'll affect your ability to make weight. I know it doesn't help how you feel when you look in the mirror or put on a pair of jeans, but when you see what that extra weight will yield once you get on stage next year, it might help ease some of that "fear of the fluff." lol
