Its so depressing going from the best you have ever looked to having cellulite again at only 120 some odd pounds... Can't wait to diet again... Tired of looking at myself. damn genetics!

Here's my new thing with the scale. Before I get on it I look at myself in the mirror. I mean really look. I take into account I am off season and I can't expect to look contest ready. After I'm satisfied with what I see in the mirror I step on the scale and I tell myself it means nothing. The mirror is the only thing that means anything. It actually worked the last time I weighed in.

I guess that's why we are a Rxmuscle community right? The support we need to help cope and realize we look great even off season is right here!!

I've managed to work out the scale issues. I only weigh myself once a week, first thing Saturday morning (and if I do sneak a weigh-in at another time during the week, I still only count the number that shows up on Saturday morning). Since I'm working with someone on my offseason diet, it's our way to make sure I use the number only to judge what kind of progress I'm making and what, if any, changes we need to make with my diet/cardio.
The mirror is a whole other story though I have found that, since switching to bb, people who aren't in the sport can actually *tell* that I'm a bb, even in the offseason, because I have much more shape than I did when I was doing figure. At this point, I think if I could get my offseason caboose under control, I would be much happier with the whole offseason look.

I weigh most everyday just use it a a reference and to learn about how different food etc affect my body
I compared pics at same wegiht 10 months a part and look so different shows the improvements I have made this year
Plus we have a weight range we want to keep me off season

Thats the same issue I'm having, but for some reason this season my butt has actual shape to it like an ass is supposed to look like. I thought I was genetically screwed w/having a flat ass. My training partner has me doing heavy lunges and deadlifts so I'm not sure if that's contributing the round ass look. Now if it were only small and round lol Beggers can't be choosers right?
