Yeah it was funny. I've seen her there and we smile and say Gday but never realy spoken to her or David. Today she walks up to me and asks where the lady I usually train with is. David walks over (he's the biggest natural I've ever seen in person) and we are talking and he says something like "oh the really strong one you were telling me about" or something like that.

Yeah...I followed the Dudebro form. This was all about pulling the heaviest weight I could. It had nothing to do with back development. Heck, it was a bicep and abs day.
