Good morning. Today is a new day.
154 on the scale. That's down 2.2 since last Friday. Had to skip fasted cardio today because my new rule is if I'm getting less than 5 1/2 hours sleep I skip fasted cardio and do it later in the day. I would have gotten about 3 hours if I'd gotten up earlier to do fasted. Without doing it, I got 6 hours.

Oh and I LOLd at the pec bounce. And I see the bicep vein is back.
Lucky tight booty doesn't have pecs like you. if she did that pec bounce thing she'd give herself a black eye.

Yes, it has been.
I have my car back. *sigh of relief* I'm broke but I'm mobile and independant once again. Wow, take away my car and I feel like I've lost my life!
In the past three days I've missed 3 cardio sessions and 2 lifting sessions. How? I work in a gym! We're not allowed to workout while I'm working and I've been relying on others to get me to and from work. I cannot ask my family to get up at 3:30am so I can get my morning cardio in before work. But I did the best I could do and I stuck to the diet 100%. And boy can I feel it. I am so freakin hungry! But it's all good. I've been telling clients that hunger is a good thing. Start to think of hunger as your body burning fat. Everytime you feel those pangs imagine the fat melting away. Sometimes that helps. Sometimes I just wanna knaw someone's arm off. Like right now.
Overall, I feel pretty good. Had a bit of a negativity spurt during the car thing but with understanding friends who let me bitch and vent and cry, I made it through to this side. Got a text from coach last night that was a keeper. It's one of those things you wanna read over and over, especially when the going gets rough. Thanks, Coach.
Got one of those keeper texts from Sledge, too, during this time. He always just knows what I need.
So it's a good day and I'm rambling. I've got to get to the gym where I expect a good night. See y'all in a bit.

Actually, no it was the one that said "sending cuddles and eye eyes." It was the eye eyes part that made me keep it.
