JMO, but I would be careful with adding to much training volume to delts, be mindful that you are working them with chest as well.
Try upping the volume as richwa suggested, but just for a couple of weeks, then allow some time for growth. Last thing you want is to go into a contest torn down.

Hey Erin, just wanted to pop in and say hi. You're looking awesome in the new avatar woman!
And great transformation... most of the world would rather sit around and bitch about how they hate their bodies, but don't take any action to rectify the situation. You man'd up and then some.
By the way, quads and delts are coming in nicely. I know it's always hard to view ourselves the way others do, but they really are. You look great! Hot dress too!"The gym is one of life's best arenas for building the toughest of men. Not because you learn to experience success, but because you've been forced to accept failure and identify your flaws."

Thanks Sweetie!
It is hard to see ourselves. When I see a pic of myself looking muscular I'm always surprised. Sometimes I think my brain just hasn't caught up with my body. LOLYou guys with the huge sponsor ads in your signatures make reading the forums annoying.

I gotta agree w/ Stephanie on this one GM...the new avi is showing off the delts! You said you needed more delts, but I think you'll be surprised how much they pop when you're in contest shape. They're already looking great bud!

I do. I'll show ya. It's front delts.
Check out the side chest at about :52. That's when I don't like my delts. Ignore the fat ass. We have 6 weeks (from this video) to make it smaller.

I hate chicken. Hate it. I swear when this is over I will never voluntarily eat another bite of chicken as long as I live. Just thinking about chicken makes my throat convulse. Same with broccoli and asparagus. Green beans are on the verge of hatred. I think I'd rather eat 6 Humapro meals instead of eating chicken at this point.

Ok but you have to look at that area of your delts...you still have the little fatty part that we all carry right there. When it's gone, just as w/ everything else, that front delt will pop more.

But I want visible full delts off season as well, not just when I'm dieted waaay down. So I think I need more. Right now I'm weighing in at 151. That video was 154 I believe. After the show I decided that I'd like my off season weight to be in the 150s so this is where I will come back to post show.

So just hammer the hell out of the delts then! Too bad you live so far away or we could get in some off season training together and make those fuckers grow!

Get with your friend Debbie Bramwell and work those delts. She has great delts.

I've done volume in the past. I've done low reps, heavy weights. I've done high reps (12-15) and moderate weight. I've used side laterals, front raises, DB presses, Smith presses, rear delts on pec deck, bent over laterals, standing military presses. No matter what I do I don't think they ever change.

Once you're done w/ the show and back in the groove for a couple of weeks, try 1 day heavy weight, lower volume...maybe 10-12 sets 6-8 reps, or even 6-10. Basic movements that day. Then the other day go a little lighter, but increase volume...so like 18 sets 8-15 reps, incorporating a couple machines in there. Maybe do some FST-7 on that day too.
