Dammit. I'm going to be in Naperville over Thanksgiving. Oh well.

So listen...I'm on a certain supplement that claims to be one of the only ones to help in adding muscle while on low calories. Maybe I could start doing something now and when I go off season I can ramp it up. Right now I just do whatever to burn calories. I haven't been concerned with actually building since the whole thing for the next 6 weeks is cutting.

Personally, I wouldn't try to do that while on a restricted diet like you are. Risk of injury is too high. Plus that can wear you out even faster.

I love how I look as I get closer to a show but I love my strength and how I lift off season. I wish I could do the two at the same time.

We will worry about growing boulder shoulders after the comp Erin, just keep up the great work, your shoulders are looking good, alot more pop.

Unless you maintain a very lean offseason look, I think most people lose their caps even if they are very wide. My 2 cents.

Actually, the Lunk alarm was ringing when that pic was snapped. My co-worker, being cute. Everyone was laughing staff, and members alike. I'm sure if corporate sees it I'll be fired. (jk)
