I am off my game ...had to re-read the posts 3 times to catch that

Maybe that's why I haven't been sleeping - I thought the gaba just wasn't working.

I found I needed to up the dose on GABA. Sledge has a powdered form that states 1/4tsp as a dosage. I use a rounded teaspoon.

I was using ZMA - I never relax enough to sleep well
I will try more - see if that helps out
I workout late at night which doesn't help
