Aren't you farther ahead than me? Like 12 weeks out or something? I'm at least 16 weeks out. Guess I just have more fatass to burn off.

Shit. I can't say that for another 2 months. If I'm this tired now I'll be dead by then.

Yep...but you're going to do it anyway! I'm tired this week. I am not blaming it on prep though...I think it's the fucking weather. Haven't had a sunny day in over a week. Been wet for fuckin days and we're supposed to get another 3-6" of snow Thursday.

We got 4 inches of snow which was promptly covered in ice. I still made it to PF for fasted cardio at 4:45am. I was the only dayshifter that made it in before 9:30am. I left an hour early to come home and nap before my workout later this afternoon. Lately, it seems like if I'm not working or working out I'm sleeping. I just can't get caught up. I'm always tired.
that being said...nitey nite! You guys with the huge sponsor ads in your signatures make reading the forums annoying.

Thanks, girls.
Tried for as heavy as I can...deadlift....only got 1 rep @ 275. I really felt it in my lower back after I put the weight down so I decided not to push it any further. No injuries. Also, had to borrow straps from the gym manager because I forgot my versa gripps.

In spite of being only 1 rep, the rep looked good, FWIW. Funny how the back lets you know AFTER the fact, huh?

You haven't done deadlifts in how long? It'll come back to you. It's amazing you're already pulling huge numbers.
