    I've decided to cut back on the carbs a little. I feel like I'm putting on bodyfat a little too fast. I'm not going to diet or go keto yet though because Sledge has the next 3 weeks off and we're going to do touristy things. I don't want to be strict dieting through that. So I'll just have carbs during our cheats and outings.

    That is one serious workout... I look forward to seeing what you are going to look like this season... How is everything else going down under girlie? I also know that there will be some shows replacing the Continental, but they are further away from the Chicagoland. What are you going to do now?

    Over an hour. Like I said I combined a workout and a half. Usually I'm in the gym 45-60 minutes.

    Pictures from home...my Mom and psuedo Dad's pitbulls. The puppy isn't getting much bigger. I hope she stays smaller. She has the prettiest little upturned nose. Of course, they didn't send a pic of MY dog. LOL

    I'm spending several months in Australia with my sweetie. They use metric here. So the numbers are my weights in kilograms and pounds are in parenthesis' so that my American friends know what weights I'm pushing.
