Gee I haven't even heard of half these foods. As Girlymuscle will tell you....we are limited when it comes to variety of foods down unda... especially ice cream....I think that's one thing she is happy to go back to yanky land for!

They have NO spray butter, like I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray. I couldn't believe it. Sledge never even heard of it. Less than 10 ice cream flavors. Egg whites are hard as hell to find. There were very few things I disliked about Australia. One was the variety available. We have everything here available at anytime of day. We're so spoiled. But I'd give up variety anyday for my hairy apeman.

I actually drove to the gym today because my heels have been hurting so bad that I limp when I walk. Dunno why. Mom said maybe heel spurs? I think it's partially too much fluff.

This one seemed strong but the next weight up is 170. I hate that. I think 20 pounds is too much to jump in one shot.

meal 3 5 oz steak, 1 oz almonds
And this is where I lost a crown....eating almonds. My bridge came loose last week and I had to cement it back on. I don't know what's up with my damned teeth lately. I need a job with insurance.
