Some of us need a lot less calories than others. I usually have 5 meals a day when leaning out...which I am doing. It's just Dave's typcial keto plan. I haven't been doing the protein/veggie days yet.

Yeah, I dropped 8 pounds in the last two weeks. Probably mostly water but that'[s how keto works when ya stick to it.

Yeah, I'm doing all pro/fat days until I need to change it. I figure after the first month it'll be time to do 2/1.

Why not just stick with all prot fat until you stop loosing Xlb a week for two weeks then switch.

I will. I figure it'll probably happen about 4-6 weeks in. I'm not supplementing with T3 or Clen so I figure it'll probably slow about then.
