    Yikes! My current plan has me at 1450, but it sure seems like I eat more. Not doing protein powder is probably the difference. I have to eat whole foods.

    Chest day and what a chest day it was!

    Incline BB Presses
    warm ups and acclimations
    1x6@135 (61)
    1x6@145 (65.7)
    1x6@155 (70.3)

    Getting ready to get under 135 for my first working set and this hot HYOOGE young (about 30) dude (and did I mention HYOOGE?) just walks up, hops on the step and gets ready to spot me. I'm sure I must have blushed. He's a regular there and yes, I've been guilty of checking him out. I pump out 6 reps like it was nothing. He says, Man, you didn't need me! I just mumbled something like, yeah, strong day. Next set I throw on a 5 lber on each side. Not sure he'll spot me again cause he's doing is own thing but when I was ready he came right over. Another easy 6 reps. So now I put a 10 lber on each side for a total of 155. Again, as soon as I was ready he was there. last two were tough but he didn't touch the bar...just followed me down then up again. After I was done he said, I wish I was having a good day like you. I just smiled. I felt all dopey like a school girl. Amazing how muscley good looking men can do that to me.

    Big dude went to the other side of the gym so I switched from DB Flat Bench like my log called for and used the Hammer Strength plate loaded.

    I was supposed to Db flat but he went to the other side of the gym. I can't throw back and lay down with more than 50s even though I can press 70s but I need that spotter. So I did what I could.

    So BFF Jill wnated to go out tonight so we went to a local bar/restaurant. We actually went there last week too and I got a phone number from some fat electrical contractor. Needless to say never called.

    Tonight they had some music trivia game going on. I had wings (minimal carbs) and low carb beers. Hey! I'm not in contest prep yet! Anyway, some guy was staring at me from across the bar which kinda creeped me out. He sent me a drink which I thanked him for from across the bar...you know, the nod and smile. Next thing I know he comes over and tells me he's leaving, work in the morning, but he wanted to tell me I'm the most beautiful woman he seen in a long time...a GODDESS. I blushed and said thank you for the drink. He left.

    So Jill and I are playing the trivia game and 15 min later he walks back in. Walks up to me and says, I was halfway home and decided I shouldn't be this shy. Here's my number....I'd love to take you to dinner sometime.

    I had a day just like that today. Not one, not two, but THREE hot women flirted and complimented, and asked if they could "hit on me" as I went to hit my heavy bag. Then the fucking alarm went off and I had to wake up.


    Anyways. Plenty of he-man eye candy everywhere at my gym. i cant pass by a mirror without noticing it. Of course, sometimes he removes his shirt and hits a pose, but he's too modest to say so here.

Fuckers get dragon and tiger tattoos, a few muscles and rippling abs despite the fact they chow down on ice cream and chickin friend steak and regular Monster drinks all day long and they think they're all that and a churo.
