Had a rough start today.
First I was supposed to be at work at 6am. I woke up at 5:15am. For the first time ever, I hit the snooze in my sleep for over an hour before realizing I was doing it! So...up, packed food, throw on workout clothes. I still have to do fasted cardio. I figured since I didn't have a 6am client when I left last night I'd have free time first thing in the morning to do my cardio. Wrong. Get to work at 6:05am and there is a scheduled client waiting for me. So I quickly change into my PF clothes and train her. Once I'm done with her I get my 45 min of cardio in and I can finally eat meal 1.
Second, was my first meal. Meal 1 is steak and Farina. Farina is a cream of wheat type of cereal. I only get 2 TB mixed with 1 C water. I pop it in the microwave and when I come back after one minute it cooked over so most of my Farina is on the glass plate int he microwave. The dirty glass plate. So I eat the tiny three spoons of Farina left in my Tupperware and my 2.3 oz oz steak and I hope the day gets better.
Good news though is that I stuck to the plan to the best of my ability. More later...You guys with the huge sponsor ads in your signatures make reading the forums annoying.

The rest of that day went ok. Yesterday was good, too. I have to get around to posting the workouts. I'm drinking coffee now and putting on shoes to go do my morning cardio...a walk outside. Fingers crossed the plantar fascitiis is good enough to today to get through it. Otherwise, it's bike at the gym. blech
Speaking of bikes at the gym, we have (10) cybex bikes at our PF and we're replacing them. The owner of the gym is selling these for $500. They were all just serviced, too. I want one but I can't decide if I want a recumbant or an upright. I used both but I'm leaning towards the upright. I get my heart rate up easier on that one. The recumbant is good for reading and relaxing my back. You guys with the huge sponsor ads in your signatures make reading the forums annoying.

Here we go...I feel like Curt James with all these multiquotes.
Nope. I'm poor. I did buy new shoes though.
I decided on the upright but chances are it'll take them forever to get the new ones and buy the time I can buy one it'll post contest season and I won't need it.
Yes, that's what I have at home but not here.
I miss you too, babe.Last edited by GirlyMuscle; 08-02-2010 at 10:03 PM.

I didn't know what that meant when west encouraged me to use the button.
I do now, though!
She's the example for any of those body parts. Calves, hammies, glutes, back, rear delts, triceps.
And hair!
Was told I should beg you to train with me. What's your schedule look like?
