Was at the gym chatting to Michelle Nazeroff. You know, the one who came second in figure at the universe last year. (thats just the circles I hang in). She was asking where Erin was. Said she was the strongest woman she'd ever seen in person.

Just went through the rest of her vids....she has one called Bodybuilding Posturing 101. Both hillarious and inspiring....i want to do something like that. Ok just what this had to do with the quote I dont know.....I forgot.
Woa........ that is one. hell. of a compliment.
And Im of the opinion that she needs to tattoo Ms Lumpy across her chest in bold, gangsta letters.

Yeah it was funny. I've seen her there and we smile and say Gday but never realy spoken to her or David. Today she walks up to me and asks where the lady I usually train with is. David walks over (he's the biggest natural I've ever seen in person) and we are talking and he says something like "oh the really strong one you were telling me about" or something like that.

Yeah...I followed the Dudebro form. This was all about pulling the heaviest weight I could. It had nothing to do with back development. Heck, it was a bicep and abs day.

Thanks Ninja. I need some of that.
Cont. from yesterday
Meal 5 steak and 2 eggs. Didn't weigh the steak.
Today is sunny. Yay! While I don't dislike rain it does efffect my moods tremendously. Something about no sunshine really brings me down.

Well, Dave's plan calls for 5 meals. I'm not strict dieting. Not like contest prep. So it depends on the day if I have 5 or 6.
I hate tanning in the real sun. I totally lost my tan in the Australian summer. It was anywhere from 80-120F and ya know thats where the hole in the ozone is so skin cancer is a huge thing there. I just wore sunblock when I was outside. I came back to the USA as white as a ghost. I need my orange back so I'm back to the tanning bed.

I got you. I am doing the Dave P 200+ male template 6 meals, it is brutal, I have yet to not have a 7th meal. I think my body just needs time to adjust and of course, I lack patience, hence the bitching.
I am the opposite, real sun or no sun for me. I can get really dark and J gets darn near black in the real sun. For some reason, the tanning bed sun just doesn't hold but a natural tan on our skin holds well.
Good call on sun screen, better pale and still kicking then tan and pushing up daisys.

Thanks Steve. Yeah, goal this year is a better butt. Dropping 10 more pounds of fat should help.
I gotta ignore Sledge's cries about losing it. He likes em big.

OMG! Cold Stone Creamery sent me an email about their new ice cream flavor. Oreo Creme Filling ice cream with Oreo cookie chunks in it. Can't wait for a cheat day so I can try it. I turned into a total ice cream whore while I was in Oz.

Nope. Just a long holiday. Was supposed to be 3 months but we stretched it to 4 so I could go to the Aussie Pro show. Almost got in trouble with Australia for staying longer. I was ok by one day.

I could have gotten an extension but it was $250. We figured a couple of extra weeks wouldn't be noticable. yeah...it was. It's all good. I'm in good standing with Australia so I'm sure they'll let me back in if I want.

Ugh. Went out with my BFF Jill last night and had a couple or 5 Michelob Ultra low carb beers. I should know better than to do that the night before leg day. I wasn't really hungover but I could feel it.
40 min walk to the gym by way of the post office.
Squats
usual warm ups and acclimation
3x6@225 (102kg)
Leg Press
1x6@530 (240)
1x6@620 (281)
Seated leg curl
1x6@165 (74.8)
1x6@180 (81.6)
SLDL
2x6@185 (83.9)
tanned
30 min walk home
meal 1 2 eggs, 4 whites
meal 2 5oz chicken breast, 1 TB peanut butter
meal 3 1 scoop whey protein, 1 TB mac nut oil
meal 4 probably my cheat meal @ 6pm
Tonight's my cheat meal. Having my son's favorite...a Gizmo. He says I just have to try one. It's a sandwich roll with cheeseburger, grilled ham, lettuce tomato, onion. Damn thing feels like it weighs 5 pounds. I'll probably only eat half of it. Then I'm having some ice cream.Last edited by GirlyMuscle; 04-17-2010 at 03:36 PM. Reason: typo ocd

My sister calls me "Ox." GX calls me "Tank." Sledge actually calls me GirlyMuscle in real life.
I couldn't finish my gizmo. Seamus, my dog, had to help. Also, could only eat about a cup of Ben and Jerry's Chubby Hubby. I did have real Coke with dinner. I forgot how good real Coke is. Yum!
