The expendables was watchable but over hyped

I watched Knight and Day with Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz. It was decent. I can't stand Tom Cruise the actor/person but I usually like his movies.

Yeah, Boondock Saints II was a disappointment. The 1st one was great.

Avatar was visually stunning, but heavy-handed and simplistic with the political overtones.

I liked Salt. Interesting how Angelina Jolie has made the transition to action star.

The Wife drug me to Knight and Day. It didn't suck.

The joke is an old German joke between Frischen and Essen. Frischen = an Animal eats (something) whereas Essen = a Human eats (something)

I mostly use an arc trainer which is a stepper motion and I usually keep my knees high so it hits my butt more. I just pound away double time, I guess.

I do my cardio at 4 am bro...not ready for metal yet. It's usually Pink Floyd for me or classical if I'm really feeling mellow/tired. But once I hit the gym, it's brutality! Chimaira, Whitechapel, Throwdown, old school Metallica, etc.
