    I sent these to Jeremy so he could get a feel for how i looked before jrs prep compared to now since prep is starting in 8 weeks. (we decided to go with 16 weeks) Jeremy said i look way better now than i did then

    suddenly it seems so soon, 8 weeks! I mean it has already been 6 weeks since Christmas and that seemed like yesterday!

    goal this year pull me in even tighter with bigger arms, delts, back; deeper lines and more detail

    On the left is the first day of prep for Jr Nats last year wt 147.7
    On the right is now Jan 29 wt 147.6

    Hi Suzanne, your off season pics are simply amazing, how do you manage to keep your legs so lean and cut like that? I am in awe! I love your journal and your attitude, I really look up to you and your outlook on being a bodybuilder. Will be following along. I hope you heal quickly, sorry about the injury hopefully the week's rest will be all that you need.

    Thanks ya hoping the week off helps it doesn't usually this damn tendonitis stuff just comes and goes. I have it more off season i think the added pressure of more water/fat around the tendons cuz i don't lift much heavier or diff off season than i do dieting.

    My legs have always been a leaner body part for me i hold it all in midsection, lowerback and now my butt ( i didn't use to hold in my butt)

    will let you know. i do know we would not switch to sunday because Chase doesn't like having long days like that right before going back to work
