today i went to Dr got x-ray of right shoulder and right elbow, got referrel for orthopedic (have to go see orth to get any therepy and may get a cortizone shot), had ct scan of right nose/sinus (checking for deviation they did find a cyst don't know if that causing snoring and waking up a billion times at night), and tomorrow getting mri of right shoulder
had my deep tissue massage which hurt like hell teh whole time so she did good
tomorrow chase, gail and i going to Milwaukee for legs then to a mexican restaurant in Milwaukee guy went to on diners, drive-ins and dives
Talked to Jeremy last night. He is very happy with where i am at right now, Says i have put on some good muscle and it'll be "interesting and fun" getting me to make weight I am back up to about 3000 cals
financially looks like i may only be able to do one show this year. we are going to try for the 2nd one and put away every cent but really not looking very promising and i don't stay at host, we are driving to first one so i cut costs where i can. we'll just see how thing fall into place. If i can only do one then that was what was meant to be this year.

8 am MRI of shoulder (way to early to be up and about since i had to do pics for J and shower first so up at 6 )
Today was our journey up to Milwaukee to train at Animal House gym the owner is so nice. We got there about 2:30 and found out they close at 4:00 He said don't worry bout as long as out of here by 5:00 and he recognized us after us coming there one time.

i wish our regular gym had one!
So got mri results and rotator cuff tear and tendinitis in right shoulder. I pray only PT for many reasons: 1 I have a pro card to win 2. we are hmo and i don't trust the Drs to cut me 3 if i am going to be out of gym for length of time i want to also get boobs redone but don't have money for that
I need to have them change who they referred me to since i have been to this guy before he was very rude, just told me i was old and didn't even examine me for all i know it has been torn since i went in back then

So i have been flip flopping if i should train or not, just avoid anything that doesn't feel right. I know all Drs would say rest regardless of if training would be bad BUT i do not want to make something that may only need PT into something needing surgery. As of now i don't even know severity of tear
