Ziploc Steam Bags
If you haven't used them check them out in the grocery store... they are in the same aisle as the foil, plastic wrap, etc.
These things rock... great for steaming just about any veggie, fresh or frozen. No water necessary just throw veggies in the bag, toss in some spices if ya like, and nuke....
You can even re-use them (although they say not to but of course they wanna sell more right)
they come in medium and large sizes and I'd venture to say you could probably even steam a smaller chicken breast in there if you want...
I love steaming my green beans this way, toss in some chopped garlic, and 3-4 minutes later I have the perfect green beans!Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it.
