bingoo... I had it since I was in high school and it has gotten better over the last few years.. when I diet it, a lot of the times its not even noticable unless I am really flat... It gets a tiny bit more noticable bulking, but I am hoping it will eventually go away. I thought about getting it removed but I will see how it is in a couple years and it is progessively getting better.

I am gonna try to be an upper light heavy.. I barely, by the grace of god lol, made middleweight last year.. I got way to fat in the offseason(255lbs and bloated as fuck) last year so I am keeping it much leaner. Right now I am about 235-240ish and leaner than I was at 210 last offseason lol. So I am really hoping to come in leaner and a good 10-15lbs heavier.
What about you bro?
