Kai is uniquely different and very odd, Charles Glass is "Old School" and it sounds to me that they were not on the same page. Sounds like lack of communication made the relationship very difficult. At the end of the day, they are both great at what they do.

disappointed me to read that Kai just took off and left without saying nothing to charles... not a classy thing to do.. Kai was the one that sought out Charles Glass and he should've expected to do things differently and unorthodox to his own personal style, which is to say the least - unique....

Charles like always, handled it with class and genuinely wants the best for Kai... Gotta respect that...

WEll for one thing Charles glass is training about 6 other people and since some of them are not on the MD roster you wouldnt even know unless you reasearched. Kai needed a mroe focused trainer so he left. Simple as that.

More and more i think Kai maybe full of excuses or maybe even palying the martyr role a little too much. If someone like charles is offering things and you are complaining about sleep on the floor in a room. I tend to lean towards charles based on kai's past behavior. Take the help when offered or shut up with the martyr sh*t!

Communication is very important in all aspects of a relationship, whether it be as a trainer or otherwise. I thought Kai sounded so dopey in that interview that he did with Shawn and flex on md. Honestly I couldn't make any sense of him. I don't see how Charles would be able to.

i agree that maybe kai expected too much, and everyone knows glass is a true professional at what he does.....but with that bein said....does anyone here think that glass is severely overhyped? correct me if im wrong, but he hasnt really worked any magic with any competitors in some time, except for maybe silvio, who is a genetic freak...and probably would have gotten his shit together one way or another. other than that, it seems like alot of the guys glass trains dont produce come contest time. i know he is a master at bodybuilding...just think he gets more praise than he really deserves.

s long legs were not meant to rest in the dirt like an animal. Man was made to sit in a chair above the dirt. You see that fact right there Charles is a symbol that man is smart enough to know that he has an option Charles. He has the option to either lay on the cold ground, or squat down in a chair. I really think that is true to this day. You either want to remain in that dirt on the ground, or be the one to elivate yourself and sitting in that chair. You know.... you know... you know.... I mean a lot of us are still laying in the ground, we haven't yet realized that we don't need to be laying there, that we can get up at anytime and go sit in chairs if we want to, but we don't believe in doing that. Charles is not overhyped! Kai is being a baby who has to have a hype man. Remember the video with will "world" harris who's hype man was ridiculious. Charles is not a baysitter who has to constantly pump Kai with positive reinforcement. This close to the show you shouldn't have to be babied like kai's old coach does him. Stop acting like a little kid and get your sh*t together or don't compete. I understand his plight of livin in NY with hardly nothing but it seems to me that there is a reason no one(supp companies) will touch him! It's cuz he is not stable mentally. This is becoming a trends for him with relationships. See the the article with dyana cadau(think that's right?) She stated something close to this about him. I get the feeling that this going to end badly and Charles will be the blame. B.S. There is a trend for his behavior!

My opinion is that Charles has proved he is worth his salt with his track record of his own career, as well as the pro's he has trained over the years. What has Kai done?

How true is that; Kai is such a melodramatic, riddle-filled windbag. I think he's just mentally off and needs to be babied and worshiped. Charles is a No-BS kinda guy and it didnt work out.
