Your 2 year bulk was well worth it. There's some very easily seen growth Kim. Very little fat gains as well. Go for the pro card!

Happy Monday all, hope you had a great weekend! I'm on my 2nd week of dieting and it's going great. I'm focused and feeling good.
Today was Back/Tris...very strong workout. Then after I was done a couple guys asked me to help spot them. They were doing db presses with 130's, throwing these heavy chains over their knuckles lol. I never knew I could lift a 130 off the floor and hand it off to someone...it was fun and hardcore all rolled into one...

Yeah, handing up the big dumbbells is cool But when you think about what you can deadlift...
I needed to break with Max for many reasons... scheduling, routines, tired of being manhandled, taken advantage of.... I'm happier! I may not have a built in spotter but that's ok. No more crutch. The best part is I can workout earlier beating the crowds and have a workout routine of my own. John (bodyhard) is going to be writing my workout routines now. Should be good
